Commercial access control
Door and gate systems can manage users, schedules, mobile credentials and audit history. A complete design includes locking hardware, free egress, door position, request-to-exit monitoring, power and required fire-alarm interfaces.

Commercial fire alarm services
Commercial fire alarm design, installation, inspection, repair and monitoring follow separate licensing, approved plans and AHJ requirements. Standard monitoring is starts at $75 per month.

Existing-system takeovers
Many commercial panels, sensors, readers, locks, cameras and field wiring can remain in service when they are compatible, supported and in usable condition. A takeover review identifies:
- Equipment models, firmware and installer access.
- Communication paths and cloud-platform compatibility.
- Failed, obsolete or proprietary components.
- User, credential and emergency-contact records.
- Door, sensor and camera performance.
- Missing documentation, labeling or administrator access.
Replacement should be based on condition, compatibility and business need—not simply the age of the system.
Business-security design process
- Define the people, property, operations and events that need protection.
- Document existing equipment, wiring, doors, network service and recurring subscriptions.
- Separate immediate deficiencies from future improvements.
- Design the intrusion, access, video and fire-alarm scopes around the operating workflow.
- Provide a written proposal identifying equipment, labor and recurring charges.
- Install, program, test and document the approved system.
- Train administrators and establish a process for user changes and incident review.
Account-security and operating practices
- Give each employee an individual alarm code or access credential.
- Remove former users promptly.
- Use multifactor authentication when available.
- Review opening, closing, forced-door and held-door exceptions.
- Test central-station signals and update the emergency call list.
- Document camera retention and evidence-export procedures.
- Keep administrator credentials and system records under company control.
Monitoring and subscription policies
Avenger Security does not require a multi-year burglar-alarm monitoring contract. Recurring monitoring generally uses a 90-day cancellation notice, and first and last month may be collected at activation.
Brivo access control, Alarm.com interactive features, cloud-video retention and human-reviewed video monitoring require their applicable subscriptions. Written proposals identify the continuing services and charges.
