UL-Listed Central Station Alarm Monitoring in Texas
Avenger Security provides professional alarm monitoring for homes, businesses and commercial fire alarm systems across Texas. Signals are handled through United Central Control (UCC), a professional central-station provider with UL-listed, TMA Five Diamond monitoring facilities in Texas.
The Monitoring Association grants Five Diamond status annually to monitoring centers that meet its operator-training, quality, customer-service and false-dispatch-reduction requirements. UL listing applies to the monitoring center and the applicable service configuration; it does not automatically mean every protected premises receives a UL certificate.

Agreement and cancellation policy
Our standard burglar alarm monitoring does not require a long-term contract. A 90-day cancellation notice applies, and the first and last month of service may be collected at activation. Fire alarm monitoring, communicator promotions and special projects may have different written terms; the signed service agreement controls.
What monitoring does—and does not—cover
The monitoring center responds to signals the installed system successfully transmits. Monitoring does not guarantee prevention of loss, immediate public-safety response or apprehension. Access control events, video verification and live Video Guard services are separate unless specifically included in the written scope.
Contact lists, verbal passwords, permit numbers and response instructions should be kept current. Customers should test the system on the required schedule and report phone, internet, equipment or occupancy changes that could affect communication.
New systems and existing-system takeovers
New clients considering a new monitoring service can receive an on-site visit and up to one hour of initial consultation at no cost. We will review the system type, communication path and monitoring goals before providing a proposal.
Existing-system troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs are billable. Our standard existing-system site visit is $195 where applicable, with additional technical labor or equipment quoted as needed.
