Security Partnership Program for Independent Integrators

Avenger Security’s partnership program helps qualified independent security integrators and owner-operators build recurring revenue while maintaining their own customer relationships and local businesses.

The program can support burglar-alarm monitoring, commercial fire-alarm monitoring, Brivo access control, Alarm.com services, cloud-managed video and related technical work. Participation, products and territory support depend on qualifications, licensing and platform requirements.

Who the program is for

  • Licensed security companies expanding into recurring services.
  • Experienced technicians preparing to form an independent company.
  • Low-voltage contractors adding properly licensed security offerings.
  • Regional integrators needing monitoring, cloud-platform or overflow support.
  • Owner-operators who want to build long-term customer relationships and recurring monthly revenue.

What Avenger Security can provide

  • Wholesale monitoring relationships: Support for eligible burglar and fire-alarm accounts through established central-station arrangements.
  • Platform guidance: Alarm.com, Brivo, Eagle Eye Networks and other supported service platforms.
  • Technical training: System identification, programming, takeovers, service standards and documentation.
  • Business support: Pricing, proposals, recurring-service packaging and customer onboarding.
  • Website and SEO assistance: Practical help presenting services and generating qualified local opportunities.
  • Overflow opportunities: Project or service coordination when geographic coverage and qualifications align.

Recurring services partners may offer

Burglar alarm monitoring

Professional central-station monitoring, compatible communicator upgrades, Alarm.com interactive services and existing-system takeovers.

Commercial fire alarm monitoring

Eligible fire-alarm monitoring and communicator services coordinated through properly registered firms and licensed personnel. Fire-alarm design, installation, inspection and service remain subject to the applicable state and local requirements.

Cloud-managed access control

Brivo-based door and gate systems with remote administration, mobile credentials, audit history and recurring subscriptions. Brivo requires an active subscription.

Managed video surveillance

Eagle Eye Networks and compatible cloud-video services with recurring retention, remote management and optional human-reviewed monitoring.

Build recurring revenue without losing the client relationship

The independent integrator remains the local service provider and primary customer contact. The objective is to help partners create predictable recurring monthly revenue while delivering systems they can install, support and document responsibly.

Account ownership, billing, pricing, support roles and platform responsibilities should be defined in the written partner arrangement before customer accounts are activated.

Licensing and compliance responsibilities

The partnership program does not grant a security or fire-alarm license and does not authorize unlicensed work. Each participating company is responsible for:

  • Required company and individual licenses or registrations.
  • Insurance, contracts and customer disclosures.
  • Permits, plans, inspections and AHJ coordination.
  • Employee registration and supervision requirements.
  • Product authorization and platform certification.
  • Taxes, billing and record retention.

Avenger Security will evaluate the proposed services and operating area before establishing a relationship.

How to start

  1. Describe your company, experience and current service area.
  2. Identify the services and recurring platforms you want to offer.
  3. Provide the applicable license, registration and insurance information.
  4. Review account ownership, pricing, technical responsibilities and support expectations.
  5. Begin with a manageable first account or project.
