New-client consultation: New clients considering a new service receive an on-site visit and up to one hour of consultation at no cost. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs and technical service on an existing system are billable at standard service rates.

How we can help

What to send with your request

  • Property address, suite or building number.
  • Best contact name, phone number and email address.
  • The service you need and whether the system already exists.
  • Photos of the control panel, keypad, door hardware, camera or trouble display.
  • Recent inspection reports, approved plans or deficiency notices when applicable.
  • Any deadline, construction schedule or known access restrictions.

Clear photos and model numbers help us determine whether equipment may be reusable and what should be verified on site.

What happens during a new-service visit

  • Review the property’s security, life-safety or operational objective.
  • Identify existing equipment, doors, wiring, power and network conditions.
  • Discuss monitoring, cloud subscriptions and ongoing service costs.
  • Note permit, AHJ or documentation considerations when applicable.
  • Separate reusable equipment from required repairs or upgrades.
  • Prepare a written proposal with the recommended scope.

The first hour of consultation is provided at no cost for new clients considering new services. Existing-system troubleshooting or hands-on diagnostic work is a billable service and will be identified before work proceeds.

Service policies

  • No multi-year burglar-alarm monitoring contract.
  • Recurring monitoring uses a 90-day cancellation notice.
  • First and last month may be collected when recurring service begins.
  • Brivo access control and cloud-managed video require applicable subscriptions.
  • Equipment, permits, inspections and repair labor are separate unless a written proposal includes them.
