About Avenger Security Services

Avenger Security Services is an employee-owned security and life-safety company based in Hutto, Texas. Founded in 2004 by Brandon Walter Adams, the company serves homes, businesses, nonprofits, schools, healthcare properties and commercial facilities throughout Austin, Central Texas and other Texas markets.

Our work includes professional alarm monitoring, commercial fire alarm service, access control, cloud-managed video surveillance and support for compatible systems installed by other providers.

New-client consultation: New clients considering a new service receive an on-site visit and up to one hour of consultation at no cost. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs and technical service on an existing system are billable at standard service rates.

Avenger Security holds Texas private-security and commercial fire-alarm licensing for the regulated work we perform. The correct license, approved scope and responsible personnel depend on the system and project.

What we do

Our operating principles

Use serviceable equipment when practical

Changing providers does not automatically require replacing every panel, sensor, reader, lock or camera. We identify equipment that is compatible, supported and in usable condition before recommending replacement.

Separate recurring service from project work

Monitoring, cloud subscriptions, equipment, installation, permits, inspections and repairs are different costs. Written proposals should identify one-time and recurring charges clearly.

Avoid unnecessary long-term commitments

Avenger Security does not require a multi-year burglar-alarm monitoring contract. Recurring service generally uses a 90-day cancellation notice, and first and last month may be collected at activation. Brivo and other cloud platforms require their applicable subscriptions.

Design the complete system

Security equipment must match the property and operating workflow. Access-control planning includes the door, frame, locking hardware, egress, power and event monitoring. Video planning begins with the evidence objective. Commercial fire alarm work follows the approved plans, adopted requirements and AHJ direction.

Workmanship and ongoing support

Qualifying new installations may include Avenger Security’s five-year workmanship warranty. The written proposal defines the covered installation work, exclusions and service responsibilities. Manufacturer equipment warranties, recurring subscriptions and damage from misuse or outside work are separate.

Our goal is to provide responsive local support, clear documentation and systems that remain serviceable after installation.

Supporting independent security integrators

Avenger Security also works with qualified independent integrators and owner-operators who want to build recurring revenue through alarm monitoring, access control, managed video and related services. Partnership support can include platform guidance, wholesale monitoring relationships, training, website and SEO assistance, and overflow work.
